What if I am a solo business owner? Can I hire you?

Well hey…we SEE you. Of course!

I work as a consultant with small businesses for an hourly rate. I only take on a couple of clients a month, though. Head to the services page to learn more.

If you want a crazy intensive 90 days of leveling up your social media (perfect for start-up businesses!) jump into the team intensives. You’ll be the whole team ;)

What do you need from me, the CEO?

For the Team Intensive: Honestly, we require only one full really productive hour from you prior to the first session. Then at that first session we just ask that you lurk + be available (totally okay to be working on other things)….that’s it. You are, after all, running the ship. We need to be sure that you have a clear understanding of what + why your marketing goals are, and that your team fully understands them. And TBH…we most likely will have a come to Jesus moment with you about why your business is awesome but your marketing isn’t. You don’t have time to be coddled. Let’s get this done.

How long do I need to commit?

For the Team Intensive: 90 days. Not ALL 90 days. Obviously. But we want your company to commit 90 days to implement our strategies and training. Once we have our first meeting with you…you can personally bow out unless we need clarification or information only you can answer. The rest of the 5 sessions and training will be with your team members (you are always welcome, of course!).

For the Allied Academy: 90 days. Within the 90 days will be multiple group sessions, an online curriculum, and more. You will still be able to maintain your current schedule but be prepared to add a couple of hours per week to your workload.

For One on One Consulting: After our initial trial period, I will ask for a deposit of 25% of the agreed up9on monthly invoice and a time commitment of 3 months.
